Hello! It is difficult to answer your question accurately without seeing the tent in person. Would you be able to email some pictures of your tent and the area that leaks to our customer service team at service@sylvansport.com?
This product will be for routing maintenance and waterproofing, you can also patch the tent with the Tenacious Tape maintenance kit if you have a puncture on the tent, or apply some seam sealant. We can also help you with a replacement tent if the problem cannot be resolved.
