need to sleep 3 adults (not SO); could bed be removed and decent folding twins for 3 be used instead

Hello! You can sleep 4 adults comfortably in the GO. You can use the king+ size bed or the 2 outer bedrooms plus the floor space as options to sleep 3-4.
You can use a cassette or compost toilet as needed. Your 2012 Honda CRV should have no issues pulling the GO as it only weights 840 lbs.
