DuraBars can be cut down to a shorter length. They can go down to approximately 60". A small hole will have to be drilled at each end and a self-tapping screw installed for the end caps.
Do you plan to offer your Durabars in shorter lengths? 48" to 60" bars would fit more easily into my garage. DuraBars
More often than not I would use your Go Easy trailer for carrying just a single kayak. At the end of a trip I would like to just wheel the trailer into my garage with the kayak still loaded. That way I'm already ready for my next trip and the trailer would serve as a kayak rack in my garage. I would probably still want the 79" bars for those times when I am carrying more than one boat.
