Will it stay dry in a heavy rain and some wind? LOFT™

Will it stay dry in a heavy rain and some wind?
Do older people use these or is this mostly for the youthful?
Can two people, a man and small woman hoist this up onto car and remove it? Should it be stored under cover?

Hello! The SylvanSport LOFT is 100% waterproof and can handle windy conditions. Our customers range in age between late 20s and late 70s. The LOFT can be setup on top of a car by 2 people and weight 117 lbs. Having 4 people for the setup will make it extremely easy. The LOFT does not have to be stored under a cover.
