Can I use the factory installed bars on my Toyota 4Runner for the Loft? It sounds like I'd be OK in terms of weight

Will the Loft physically attach to the factory rack on my 4Runner (it holds like 120lbs) but would the tent attach in reality to that?

We always recommend checking the weight rating from the manufacturer but it works in most cases. We do recommend after market crossbars and towers to give you a better clearance between your roof and the LOFT to install or remove the LOFT easily.
